Lucy is an organisation consultant, specialising in group dynamics, building on 20 years’ experience consulting and leading teams to implement large-scale change in complex global organisations including NBCUniversal, BBC, Salesforce and Thermo Fisher Scientific.  She has worked across industries and disciplines helping organisations adapt behaviour, structures and culture in response to new laws and technology.  Consistent through her career is a commitment to strong, empathetic facilitation for individuals and groups to achieve their goals.
