We work with you to optimise performance and fix dysfunction at the leadership team level, helping you role-model the practices and behaviours you need to transform performance and behaviour across the organisation.

Our Performance and Wellbeing Coaching proposition provides you with highly-qualified, experienced coaches with two important differences: profound psychological and mental health training; and senior experience in global organisations in the City.

Our specific focus is on building and maintaining resilience and wellbeing in high-performance organisations.

Our Therapeutically Underpinned Executive Coaching Model ™ means that our coaches are trained to work at the intersection of the personal and the professional. And whereas most coaching takes a forward-looking approach, we recognise that to move forward often requires understanding the past. Our clinical training ensures our coaches can do this safely and effectively, delivering real-time improvements in experience in as little as a single session.

Our specialist coaches are fully vetted and bespoke to the client’s specific context. They are truly embedded:  we make it our business to know your organisation - business model, organisational structure, culture, ways of working, language and terminology, performance criteria etc.

All our coaches receive upfront training specific to the role, as well as regular CPD and “clinical supervision” by senior practitioners.

Internal Coach Performance and Wellbeing-focussed Training and Supervision

Internal coaching teams are an increasingly important support within many large organisations. Internal coaches are well-placed to understand how to navigate their organisations, and how to get things done in ways which are welcomed, rewarded, valued and likely to succeed. 

We work with internal coaches to support them, offering an external perspective, supervision, and the provision of coaching programmes that they can use internally with continued support from us.

Motivational speakers are great for inspiring people to think differently but can leave people without the resources to make changes.  We diagnose what’s going on, and then design and deliver a truly bespoke experience for you and your people which addresses the specific issues inhibiting performance in your teams. We focus on the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ as well as the what. Our team and leadership development experiences:

  • Focus on real-world business issues, rather than use bland ‘training’ or hypothetical case study materials.

  • Utilise a blended approach of ‘your’ content and ‘our’ content, ensuring that new ways of thinking immediately connect with real issues and problems.

  • Work with emotions and feelings in the room, rather than on a hypothetical basis.

  • Make it personal – allow space for people to think about and talk about their subjective experience of their colleagues and their work, so that they can connect with each other on a more intimate level.

  • Build on relational skills – remove the social, emotional and cultural obstacles to trust, to communication and collaboration, and to performance.
