Our Story

Gilsenan Lee was created by Daniel Gilsenan and Carolyn Lee to help individuals and organisations achieve their full potential honestly, openly, and in congruence with their values and ethics.

Together, we bring decades of experience across global investment banking, law and professional services, industry, third sector and education.

Daniel’s background is in global mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategy. Carolyn has two decades working in diversity and inclusion, and was the first global head of diversity and inclusion at a major City-based international law firm.

We both retrained in organisational psychology, psychotherapy and executive coaching and now bring this unique dual skillset to help you solve difficult cultural conundrums.
