Gilsenan Lee was created by Daniel Gilsenan and Carolyn Lee to help individuals and organisations achieve their full potential, honestly, openly, and in line with their values and ethics.
Together, we bring decades of experience across global investment banking, law and professional services, industry, third sector and education. Daniel’s background is in global mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategy. Carolyn has spent two decades in diversity and inclusion, including as the first global head of D&I at a major international law firm.
We retrained in organisational psychology, psychotherapy and executive coaching, and now bring this unique dual skillset to help solve complex cultural and relational challenges at the highest levels.
